There is hope!

So that couple did not come through for us.  They could not decide whether they wanted it or not.  I completely understand, though.  It is really hard to decide to buy your first time.  I remember being terrified about it!  We could not wait for them to decide because of our time frame.  So we ended up listing with our friend Steve Bond who works at Re/Max.  We should have done this two months ago!  Oh well, it was a good learning experience.  It is very ironic, though, because the morning we called him to list it, another realtor called in behalf of some clients.  They saw our FSBO ad and it turns out they want to make an offer.  It figures that we found them and still have to pay a commission!  It’s okay, though.  I feel good about the decisions we have made.  We also had another couple (from Columbus, actually) who looked tonight.  They like it, too!  It’d be great if we had two buyers bidding each other up!  Supposedly we will have an offer tomorrow.  We’ll see.  I’ll let you know.
