Gingerbread trains

One day last year I was browsing through a copy of the Family Fun magazine in my doctor’s office and stumbled on a recipe for gingerbread trains.  We decided to try them this year, and I think we’ll make it a tradition.  It was so fun!!  I made two trains so we could have another family over to decorate them with us.  I had Keyan in the backpack while I was making them, and he pooped out (see pic)!

Hey! Someday could Russell teach Steven not to be afraid of putting on Christmas lights? How does he get over his height issues?

    Jackie,

You are so domestic! I love the gingerbread train. Can I get your recipe. It looks so fabulous and yummy too. I haven’t read your blog in quite awhile, but it’s so much fun to read about what you’ve been up to this month. It’s a crazy, but such a wonderful time of the year. I’m glad to hear you’re doing well.

    Love, Meridith
