A little help:

Hey everyone out there in blogland,

I’m looking for some new crockpot recipes.  I was hoping everyone who reads this would send me one or two of their favorites.  You can post them in the comments (if you put it in the comments, then everyone can share!) or you can email them to me: rj_legg@netzero.net.  Come on, everyone.  Don’t let me down!!

Hi Jack! I think you already know all of mine, since I only have like 2 or maybe 3! Of course the black bean and chicken is my favorite. Put about 2 large chicken breasts, or 4 smaller ones, 2 cans of black beans, about a cup or a little more of salsa, some salt to taste, and some chili pepper to taste. Let it cook up till the chicken pulls apart very easily, about 4 to 5 hours on high or about 8 hours on low. Shred it up and put on tortillas with some sour cream, tomatos, and chopped lettuce. By far my very very favorite. If I’m in a time pinch and forget to put it in soon enough, I find that I can speed up the cooking time if I cut the breasts into smaller pieces before cooking. So good. . . it’s making me hungry to think about it.

    SUPER EASY!

    One Pot Roast
One bottle of the cheapest BBQ sauce

Put BBQ sauce and roast in crock pot for 6-8 hours and enjoy on kaiser rolls.
